You can do this, either in safemode or in normal mode. Or, you could try deleting the file by using the command prompt with the del command. Also you could start in safemode by pressing F8 at startup, navigate to folder where file is located and try deleting the file. Close Realplayer and see if that fixes the problem. It has been a long, long time since I used real player, check if there is a way in settings to clear the history and any cache.
